What this service is

Orgplanly is workforce planning and optimization software, and we are the vendor: free worksheets that work a staffing requirement and a headcount plan from figures you enter, and a paid record that keeps every role, plan version, forecast and actual.

How we are paid

Orgplanly Pro is a monthly subscription at $6.50 per user per month, and you pay us: Ellul Solutions Ltd, the entity named on your invoice. It keeps your roles, plans, forecasts and actuals, brands them and exports them.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Orgplanly charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Orgplanly never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and plain arithmetic; they are planning tools, not a service level guarantee, a vendor recommendation or a benchmark, and what your team can actually deliver remains your team's judgement.
