One paid plan

Every worksheet on this site computes free forever, worked on the page with no account and no trial clock. Orgplanly Pro is the record on top: the org plan, the requisitions, the client onboardings, the training matrix, the engagement cycles and the self-service plan kept per team, branded, saved, re-openable and exportable. One plan for the whole team, priced by what each of its six capabilities is worth.

One plan, priced by what each capability is worth

Orgplanly Pro is one plan at one price, and the price is the sum of its parts rather than a competitor's number copied across. Each capability below was a product of its own on this estate with its own price; on one org plan they are worth less than the six sold apart and more than any one of them, and the table says what each is worth and why. The figures add up to the plan price above, and the build refuses to ship if they do not.

CapabilityWorth per monthWhy that figure
The org plan $19 The staffing requirement and the headcount plan kept as records: every role, every plan version, the forecast and the actual against it, branded and exportable. A scheduling suite's entry tier lists at $6.50 per user per month, so a twelve-person team pays $78 there for the roster alone; the plan record is priced at a quarter of that.
Recruitment $29 The requisition-to-offer record: cost per hire, time to fill, the assessment scores and the agency fee sheet kept per role. An entry-tier applicant tracking system for a small hiring desk lists at $189 a month; the record without the job-board plumbing is worth a sixth of it, and it is the most-used capability on this plan.
Client onboarding $12 The onboarding checklist and the intake form kept per new customer, each step and document dated so the fortnight between signature and first work is owned. Sold alone as Kickoffo Pro at $49; one capability on the same team's plan is worth a quarter of that.
Training records $12 The training matrix, the checklist, the 30 60 90 plan and the compliance dashboard kept per employee and course, the record an inspector asks for. Sold alone as Inductvo Pro at $39; priced level with onboarding, which it mirrors.
Engagement $9 Survey planning, the eNPS arithmetic and the action tracker kept per cycle, so the programme people can see you finished. Sold alone as Enpso Pro at $39; a survey runs once or twice a year, so it is priced as the smallest capability.
Self-service $9 The deflection plan and the portal content plan kept against the questions customers actually ask, and the request form that raises a ticket only when self-service has not worked. Sold alone as Deflectvo Pro at $39; priced as a companion capability.
Together, the plan$90Orgplanly Pro is $90 per month for your whole team, billed monthly.

The plan is $90 per month for the whole team, billed monthly, cancel any time. No capability is sold on its own and none is an add-on: every subscriber gets all six. What each is worth is stated so the price can be argued, not so it can be unbundled.

Does the team need a full workforce management suite instead?

If you need intraday adherence tracking, automated schedule generation across skills and channels, quality monitoring and telephony integration today, buy a workforce management suite: that is what they are for. Orgplanly is for the team whose problem is upstream of all that, which is agreeing how many people are needed before anyone rosters them.

Category shapes only. The one figure quoted anywhere on this site is our own price, benchmarked against Deputy Core at $6.50 per user per month (deputy.com/pricing, retrieved 2026-09-02) and licensed in research/data/claims.tsv; no shrinkage, occupancy or attrition figure appears, because those are yours to enter.
