The numbers on this page come from the inputs you enter and the method stated: 3,600 seconds to an hour, 52 weeks to a year, twelve months to a year, and nothing else. No industry shrinkage figure, no occupancy benchmark and no assumption about your attrition; every one of those is yours to enter.
Types of employee engagement are usually listed as engaged, not engaged and actively disengaged, or as cognitive, emotional and behavioural. The survey can only see one kind: whether a person would recommend the workplace, and what they say about it. Orgplanly works with that honest measure. It plans the survey by team on the org plan, counts promoters, passives and detractors from the results you enter into an eNPS per team, and dates the actions, leaving the typologies to the textbooks.

Measure the type you can measure
The eNPS worksheet counts the three groups the recommend question produces. That is the one typology a survey supports; the rest are interpretation.

Emotional and behavioural engagement show in what people write. Keep the free-text answers on the cycle record beside the counts.
Act on the detractors' teams first
The per-team figure says where the detractors are. One dated action there, with an owner, is the practical use of the typology.
